In August of 1977 [age18] - I had a close encounter of the third kind. The time was approximately 8:45 pm. The
experience lasted for some 15-20 minutes. I witnessed this particular UFO over a field, near where I worked. It was a
silvery light bulb-shaped craft, hanging about 200 ft over my postion. I thought that they might be time travelers - ET'S
NEVER CROSSED MY MIND

After running back to my workplace to get a second witness, the object started to move away slowly, accompanied by a
series of 4 separate pitch tones of "beeping sounds." I was shocked at the time that no one believed my recantation of
what I had witnessed - my parents included. A few days later, I went to the Toronto Library to find out if anyone else had
reported the events that I had witnessed.   There I found an article from the Toronto Star newspaper. And I quote: "The
Canadian Government will not reveal any information regarding UFOs and Extraterrestrials until the year 2000".

This initiated the idea that maybe what I had witnessed were not time travellers, but extraterrestrials!   This was a
couple of years before the term 'ETs' would become popular in our culture.    It took a few months to overcome the
near-obsession of the wonder and curiosity of what I had seen. I decided to simply move on with my life - and go back
to just being a normal 18 year old - if that would be at all possible -- after an experience such as I had.

For the next two years, I was educated in Forestry - at Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (1978-1980.) I had traveled throughout
Ontario's main waterways, working with the Ministry of Environment [ 1981 ] - sampling and testing for water quality. I
had back then, and still do today, a great concern for environmental issues. The subject of the UFOs was the furthest
thing from my mind.

One summer night in 1988, I was out on a seventh story balcony of a building where I lived in Scarborough. The time
was near 1:00am. There I witnessed a small amber-colored light. It was about 50-60 feet away from me and at eye-level
from where I stood. What initially brought it to my attention was a 'popping' sound. It reminded me of a fireworks
display - and was approximately 2 to 3 seconds in duration.

August 1990 - I witnessed yet another dramatic event - this time it was near Toronto's CN Tower. On that Friday night at
11:00pm, I again saw the same lighting sequence [clockwise rotation of lights-red, yellow, blue and green] that I had
seen back in August of 1977. I find it a coincidence today, that Microsoft uses these 4 same colors in their logo. On
that evening, many motorists pulled off of the Don Valley Parkway and exited their vehicles in order to view the object.
At the time, I earnestly believed that in the year 2000, all of this information would be released to the public.

My next sighting was not until August of 1995.   This time, in excess of 60 lights became visible as I walked the beach of
the Georgian Bay. I remember the time to be near 9:00 pm. The lights simply all blinked on and off until they joined to
form a large bell-shaped pattern. Again - a person has little option but to eventually let it go and move on with their
life. Their seems to be no other choice.

Again, while I was at a camp -- in the month of August -- in the middle of the night - in 1999. I witnessed a very large
neon "green" round object moving at incredible speed. A year later - midday - in August of 2000, I was strolling down
the beach and witnessed a high-flying object that was jerking back and forth across a large expanse of sky. I blocked
the sun with my hand to see this unknown object. Again you are aware of something here, but soon afterward - must
move on with your life.

August 3,2002. At approximately 2:30am, I was at camp again [ Prince Edward County ] when I witnessed 2 high-flying
white lights that were flying in tandem. So I decided to try to get their attention, using my flashlight.
My hand made circular motions - and I shined the light back and forth between the two UFOs. After about a minute or
two of this, the UFOs slowed down, then simultaneously did a 'right angle turn' - to the west and out over Lake Ontario.
My nerves went haywire after watching this flight course correction. I was floored by what I had just witnessed. Again,
this was not a smooth, arching turn the UFOs made. They just 'redirected' their flight path -- and simultaneously, in
tandem.

August 10, 2002. Re: Toronta Star Newspaper.

The "Insight section" reported crop circles in Howick, Quebec that were found August 3,2002 - the formation was
referred to as a 'quadruple.' That was when I really began to outwardly question "what is going on here?" So I
contacted a local investigator (VV) and revealed my sightings to him. I was asked if I remembered any "childhood
nightmares" and told him of long-past, yet never forgotten dreams of being taken by tall, white beings that projected a
frightening stare upon me.

The investigator then commented that he thought that mine was a very interesting case.   He then said; "I believe that
you may have been abducted."

I could not even fathom this theory that he had suggested. The man then asked me a series of questions and wrote
down all my information - without giving me much feed back. After revealing my personal experiences to this
gentleman, I decided to do some research on my own - to find out 'why me?' It then occurred to me that I had been
seeing these UFO objects throughout my life.

March 3,2003. While at work in Scarborough,Ontario, I went outside at 12:05 pm for a smoke break. There I witnessed
two white objects that were shaped like angels - directly over me - and between approximately
3000 to 5000 ft in altitude. They stayed for 20 minutes - before the first one moved on to the south east. The second
followed 5 minutes later. I was incredulous of this daylight sighting - and this definitely verified to me that strange
events were transpiring around me. Following this sighting, I then became more attentive to the sky.

June 21, 2003. Myself and 3 other witnesses had a sighting at 9:55pm over Canada's wonderland. I brought it to the
others attention that there was a white cigar-shaped object - with green and red lights that illuminating in a syncronized
cycle from front to back. This sighting lasted 5 to 7 seconds. This craft was zig-zagging across the sky at incredible
speeds. This was followed by yet more daylight and night time sightings.

August 13, 2003. I went to a library to gather more data, hoping to further ascertain if I was indeed 'taken' as a child. An
article from the Toronto Star Newspaper, dated August 21,1965 - sent a shiver through my spine. That article confirms
UFOs were seen over Scarborough,Ontario - back in the 60's. I was in deeply emotionally effected by this. I felt the
need to share this with friends and family.

Then the following day - August 14, 2003 - at 4:11 pm, there was a massive blackout across the Eastern Seaboard. The
last time this had happened was back on November 9, 1965 - maybe a coincidence of the dated article. That year, other
massive outages occurred in Mexico, UK, Italy, Switzerland, Germany - along with other major cities around the world
-all in the summer of 2003.

The fact of the matter is - along with a combined 67 other witnesses, from between 2003 to 2006, I had witnessed
unusual aerial objects that simply defy logic. I have also seen solid objects, transparent things - and the 'pure light' of
apparently paranormal activity at ground level, as well. I consequentially have been photographing these unknown
objects - from January of 2005 to the present. I feel as if it is my duty as a terrestrial - to share these observations. I
have developed the ability to see micro- flashes in the sky - as if my eye was a camera - and I know of only a handful of
people who also can see them.

I was overwhelmed back in 2003, having a total of 16 sightings -14 of them occurring during daylights hours. In August
of that year - I was at camp and saw a flying rod-like creature that was approximately 3 feet long.

In 2004- I had 20 more sightings along with other witnesses. Some of these instances were repeats of previous
experiences. In 2005, I had in excess 20 sightings- mostly during daylight hours - and there were more than 40 other
witnesses.

In 2006, the daylight sightings are on-going. So far, there have been approximately 10 other witnesses. The
micro-flashes are becoming more intense and more numerous as of late. I have yet to photograph any 'close-ups' of
them with good detail. But I will be watching for what next appears in the skies above me - hoping to acquire better
evidence.

My conclusions are that there will be a full contact - around the world - anytime now, until the year 2010. The earth is
now increasingly showing signs of humanity's impact of technology and cosmic frequencies. It's so simple. If we mess
with the water, oxygen - or sunlight - there will be 'side effects' on Earth. The loss of plant and animal species - aquatic
forms included- effects even we humans.

The main reason that I am revealing my experiences now is because it would appear that we are in the midst of a
'countdown.' This is primarily because of humanity's destructive ways of existence. The signs are before all peoples to
see and feel. It is the indication of a sick & dying planet. I feel that this is much due to some 'other-worldly' technology
that was given to us all.

I have always been a simple man - and have always kept a low profile. I know I'm out of character in presenting this to
you. But I feel the need to share - in hope that common folks around the world will wake up to realize who or what is
controlling their way of life. Human or non-human is the question.

IT WOULD APPEAR THAT WE ARE ALIENATING OURSELVES THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY. THIS EFFECTS US ALL
GEOPOLITICALLY AND MUST BE QUESTIONED BY THE MASSES OF ALL CITIZENS AROUND THE WORLD.
